“Deluxe” – A “Deluxe” custom made phone cover costs £30.00.
“Deluxe” designs include up to 3 different coloured crystals as well as embellishments and extras that are placed on top of the crystal base. An example of a “Deluxe” cover can be seen in the picture below.

Initials on your custom design.
Initials can be added to your design at an extra £2.50 per initial. An example of a “Dainty” Design with 1 Initial can be seen in the picture below.

Postage & Packing.
Postage & Packing.
Postage & Packaging costs are included in our Prices if your item is being shipped within the UK.
For international orders, Postage & Packaging is charged at an extra £2.50 per item and £1.00 for each extra item. All of our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

Refund & Exchange.
Refund & Exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. You may return your item within 30 days of purchase and get a full refund or exchange. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on unwanted items, or if you have requested an item that does not fit your phone or mp3 player. If some of the crystals and embellishments come loose, you can send your item back to be repaired, free of charge, but you will be responsible for postage costs at your end.
