Can you tell me a little bit about Dazzle 1411?

Dazzle 1411 was started by Hayley Woodham, a 21 year old from London.

Hayley is a writer, crafter and all round lover of anything creative.

The concept of Dazzle 1411 was born in December 2009, when shopping for a Christmas present for a friend with a brand new Blackberry; Hayley could not find any covers or accessories that really stood out against the rest of the hundreds of phone cases available on the market. So out came the glue and crystals and Hayley set to work making an original design that she thought would showcase the uniqueness of the recipient.

The gift was very well received and within a few weeks Hayley was inundated with requests for custom phone covers, and from that point on Dazzle 1411 was born.

How does it work?

We start with clear plastic casing that clips on to your chosen item and work from there. The casing can be taken off your item at any time and it is not permanently attached.

After completing our Consultation process and establishing exactly what product you want “Dazzled” and how, we get to work customising the clear case and that’s when the magic happens.

How do I order?

How do I pay?

At the moment we currently only accept payments via PayPal. You do not need an account to pay via PayPal but it is the safest way to shop online.

Once you have completed the consultation process with us you can pay for your order through our Online Shop on our website.

What do I get for my money?

You will get one custom made Dazzle 1411 product with spare crystals.

Postage and Packing within the UK is also included in our prices.

Shipping outside of the UK is charged at £2.50 per item and £1 for each extra item.

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Once you have completed the consultation and order forms and have sent your payment, we will begin work on your design. The process can take as little as one day to complete, but please allow 5 working days for completion of your item.

I’ve seen a design I like somewhere else. Will you replicate it?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We do not copy or replicate anyone else’s creativity or artistic ability. All of our products are hand made and truly unique and we want to keep it that way.

Do you accept Returns? Can I get a Refund on my Item?

We do not accept Refunds/Returns. Due to the fact that each of our items is custom made we cannot accept returns and we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty when you receive it.

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

Where can I buy your products from?

At the moment you can only by our products through our website or through our Etsy shop

We keep an up to date list of all of our stockists on our website so please check here before buying to ensure you are buying the real thing.

Can I stock your items in my shop?

Yes! We are always looking for new ways to sell our Dazzle 1411 products.

I am doing a photo shoot/film/TV project. Can we feature your items?

Yes! At Dazzle 1411 we love getting involved in anything creative and would be really interested in helping you with your project.

Items can only be loaned for a maximum period of 7 days.

We will send you the requested items via Recorded Delivery with a Stock List

Once you’re project is finished just package them up in the same way you received them and send them back to us, within the 7 days stated.

Please note: If items go missing or come back damaged we will charge you the full selling price for them. We also charge a set fee per day if the items come back late so please take good care of our products once we have lent them to you and return them on time.
